From leading an $18M P&L staffing operation to directing global talent acquisition for a 3,000+ employee manufacturer, Jenny learned that sustainable success is never created by systems alone. It is built through trust, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose that connects strategy to the everyday experience of work.
